Homemade Donuts (3 Ingredients without yeast)

This easy homemade donut recipe is simply the best.
Basic pantry ingredients transform into deliciously chewy and soft donuts.
The recipe is delicious and results in perfection. It does not need as much dedication and effort as other donut recipes.

Dough
 1 cup Plain Flour
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 10 tbsp Yogurt
Glaze
 2 cups Powdered Sugar
 75 g Butter
 5 tbsp Milk
 4 drops Vanilla Essence
 2 tbsp Coco Powder or Melted Chocolate

- In a bowl combine the plain flour, baking powder and yogurt. Mix Well.

- Knead the dough.

- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

- Roll out the dough, cut out the donut shapes.

- Heat the oil and fry the donuts until golden. Don't over fry.

Glaze

- Mix together melted butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla essence.

- For chocolate donuts add coco powder or melted chocolate.

- Toss the donuts in the glaze.
