Marination:
 ½ kg Fish
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Sugar
Coating:
 1 cup Milk
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 2 Eggs
 1 Plain Flour
 ½ tsp Corn flour
 2 tsp Rice flour
 ½ tsp White pepper
 1 tsp Paprika powder
 1 tsp Chicken powder
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Dry Oregano
 Bread Crumbs

- Take a bowl, add all the marination ingredients with fish into it and keep it
aside for 1 hour.

- Now combine the flour, rice flour, corn flour, paprika powder, salt, chicken powder, garlic powder, dry oregano and white pepper in a shallow bowl or deep plate and mix together.

- In another bowl add eggs, milk and vinegar.

- Firstly dip the fish pieces into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture (Make sure they are completely coated on all sides and gently shake off any excess).

- Now again dip it in the egg mixture and then coat it in bread crumbs.
Repeat it with the remaining fish pieces.

- Working in batches, fry the fish in the hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with tartar sauce.
