This easy ice cream cake (No Bake) features a rich chocolate sponge cake rolled with homemade ice cream, drizzled with chocolate ganache.

Easy Ice cream Cake
Yields1 Serving
Chocolate Ice Cream
 200 ml Fresh Cream
 ¾ cup Condensed milk
 1 tbsp Coco powder
Chocolate Pan Cake
 ½ cup Plain flour
 2 tbsp Coco powder
 3 Eggs
 ½ cup Powdered sugar
 ¼ tsp Baking powder
 3 tbsp Milk
 2 tbsp oil
 ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Topping Ingredients
 200 g Milk Chocolate
 2 tbsp Milk
Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

- Take a bowl and add Fresh Cream and beat it for 2 minutes and then add Condensed Milk, Coco powder, Vanilla Essence and beat it for 2 minutes and then cover it and freeze it for 1 day. After that your Vanilla Ice Cream is Ready.

Chocolate Pan Cake

- Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and mix it well. Your dry batter is ready.

- Take 2 bowls and separate the egg white and egg yolk and beat the egg white for 1 minute and then add Powder Sugar and beat it well until it become into cream and then add egg yolk and beat it for 10 seconds and then add Vanilla Essence, Oil, Milk and fold it and then add dry batter from step one gradually and fold it well. Your Cake batter is ready.

- Now take a fry pan and grease it with oil and put cake batter and set it well. if your pan is small then put half batter. Your pan cake should be thin because you can roll easily. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. Now your cake is ready.

- Take a butter paper and place pan cake and roll it with butter paper and rest it for 30 minutes into the fridge.

- After that open it and put ice cream and spread it and then roll it again and rest it into fridge and make chocolate for topping take a bowl and add Milk Chocolate and add Milk 2 tbsp and melt it into microwave and then mix it well. Now spread this on cake roll and then rest it into fridge and then take a bowl and add White Chocolate Chips and melt it into microwave and then design it on cake roll. Your Ice Cream Cake Roll is Ready.
