Stir Fry Chicken
Yields1 Serving
 300 g Julienne cut chicken
 1 Medium size onion ( Julienne cut 3 inch or as preferred)
 1 Tomato ( Julienne cut 3 inch or as preferred)
 1 Capsicum ( Julienne cut 3 inch or as preferred)
 2 tbsp Soya sauce
 2 tbsp Chili sauce
 1 cup Chili garlic ketchup
 ½ cup Tomato ketchup
 1 tbsp Bar b q sauce
 1 tsp White pepper powder
 ½ tsp Salt or to taste
 ½ tsp Crushed red chilies
 2 tbsp Oil

- In a bowl add chicken with all the sauces and spices and put aside for 20 minutes.

- Heat oil in a pan and add chicken with marinade. Fry until chicken is cooked.

- Stir fry vegetables in another pan and add them in chicken. Cook for few minutes and your stir fry chicken is ready!

- Serve it with your favorite side. A plain fried rice, white rice or noodles will all work great
