Crispy Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings

Marination:
 1 kg Chicken Wings
 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
 2 tbsp Soya sauce
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Green chili paste
 ½ tsp White pepper powder
Coating:
 1 cup Milk
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 2 Eggs
 1 cup Plain flour
 ½ tsp Corn flour
 2 tsp Rice flour
 ½ tsp White pepper powder
 1 tsp Paprika powder
 1 tsp Chicken powder
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Dry oregano
Marination:

- Take a bowl, add chicken wings and all the marination ingredients into it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Coating:

- Combine the flour, rice flour, corn flour, paprika powder, salt, chicken powder, garlic powder, dry oregano and white pepper in a shallow bowl or deep plate and mix together.

- In another bowl add eggs, milk and vinegar.

- Firstly dip the wings into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture (Make sure they are completely coated on all sides and gently shake off any excess).

- Now again dip it in the egg mixture and then coat it in bread crumbs.
Repeat it with the remaining wings.

Frying;

-Fry the wings in the hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy

- Your crispy chicken wings are ready! Serve it with french fries or diner rolls.
