Chicken Malai Tikka Without Oven

 6 Chicken Pieces
 200 ml Fresh Cream
 1 cup Yogurt
 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
 2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
 2 tsp Salt or to taste
 1 tsp Garam Masala
 5 Green Chilies
 50 g Butter
 2 tbsp Lemon
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 Handful Coriander Leaves
Chicken Marination

Add marks/cut in chicken pieces

- In a bowl, add ginger garlic paste ,black pepper powder, salt, garam masala, chaat masala, yogurt, green chili and coriander paste, fresh cream,
lemon juice, melted butter, oil and whisk well.

- In marination, add chicken pieces and mix well.

- Let it marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.

- In a pot add chicken pieces along marinade and cook on a low flame until chicken soaks all the marinade.

- Grease the pan with butter.

- Add chicken pieces,cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes and keep turning sides in between. Once the chicken turns golden brown,
make sure you coat it with fresh cream as it will keep your chicken moist.

- Ensure that you do not over cook chicken as it may dry out.
