Marination:
 300 g Chicken
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Yogurt
 1 tsp Garlic paste
 ½ tsp Ginger paste
 1 tsp Chili powder
 2 tsp Paprika powder
Gravy:
 2 tbsp Butter
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Melted Butter
 1 tsp Garlic paste
 2 Tomatoes
 2 tsp Tomato paste
 ¼ cup Water
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Chili powder
 ½ tsp Cumin powder
 ½ tsp Coriander powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 ½ tsp Salt or to taste
 ¾ cup Cream
Marination

- Add chicken in a bowl. Add oil, lemon, yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, chili powder paprika powder, salt and mix all these ingredients marinate it for 30 minutes.

Frying

- Add oil and butter in a pan then add marinated chicken and stir it until it’s cooked.

- Take it out in a plate.

Gravy

- Add butter in pan and fry chopped onion till it gets golden brown.

- Add ginger paste, sugar, red chili powder, cumin & coriander powder, garam masala & salt.

-Mix them all then add chopped tomatoes.

-Add tomato paste to it and mix them again. After 5 minutes add water and vinegar in it.

- Now add cashew nuts then simmer it for 15 minutes.

- Pour mixture into a blender.

- Blend it well to form a paste.

- Now pour the paste in pan and add marinated chicken in it.

-Add cream and mix it well.

- Garnish it with coriander leaves, cream and melted butter on top.

- Your Butter Chicken is ready.

- Serve with naan, roti or boiled rice.
