 150 g Akhrot (Walnut) Crushed
 ¼ cup Clarified Butter or Ghee
 ¼ cup Milk Powder
 10 ½ cups Full Fat Milk
 ½ cup Sugar or to taste
 ¼ tsp Cardamom powder

- In a pan roast crushed walnuts on low flame. Roast until it turns crunchy and change color slightly.

- Now in a large kadai heat ghee/clarified butter and add roasted crushed walnuts into it.

- Sauté on low flame until the ghee is completely absorbed.

- Now add powder milk and cook it for 2 minutes. Then add full fat milk and cook it till the milk boils.

- Now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix continuously until everything is well combined.

- Continue to mix till it turns silky smooth texture. The mixture will thicken after 15minutes and will start to separate the pan oozing out the ghee.

- Transfer the mixture in to a dish or box lined with butter paper. Level it up and then top with chopped walnuts.

- You can also add crushed almonds, pistachios or your favorite dry fruits.

- Enjoy it hot or when cold cut into pieces of desired shape.
